Провести краткий анализ докладов XXIX международного рабочего совещания Европейской группы по изучению инфекции Helicobacter pylori (Н. pylori) и микробиоты (Магдебург, 2016) и обсудить представленные на нем основные положения Согласительного совещания «Маастрихт V», посвященного диагностике и борьбе с инфекцией. Основные положения. На данном совещании обсуждались вопросы, касающиеся связи H. pylori с гастроэнтерологическими и негастроэнтерологическими заболеваниями и оптимизации схем эрадикационной терапии. Большое внимание было уделено значению борьбы с инфекцией в предупреждении развития рака желудка. В ходе совещания представлены новые алгоритмы проведения эрадикационной терапии в регионах с высокой и низкой резистентностью инфекции H. pylori к кларитромицину и метронидазолу. При этом показано, что резистентность к кларитромицину в России неодинакова в различных регионах и что наибольшей эффективностью в настоящее время обладают схемы с препаратами висмута (в частности, висмута трикалия дицитратом). Заключение. Рекомендации согласительного совещания «Маастрихт V» позволяют существенно улучшить результаты лечения больных с инфекцией H. pylori и снизить риск развития связанных с ней заболеваний (в первую очередь, рака желудка).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim of review. To review in brief the reports of the XXIX international working meeting of the European Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) and Microbiota Study Group (Magdeburg, 2016) and to discuss the key points of «Maastricht V» consensus meeting, devoted to diagnosis and treatment of infection. Key points. Association of H. pylori to both gastroenterological and non-gastrointestinal diseases and optimization of eradication therapy modes were discussed at the consensus conference. The special attention was paid for decreasing of infection burden and the stomach cancer prevention. New eradication therapy modes were presented for the regions with high and low H. pylori resistance to clarithromycin and metronidazole. It was demonstrated that clarithromycin resistance in Russia significantly varies in different regions and highest efficacy was observed for bismuth-based (in particular - bismuth tripotassium dicitrate) eradication modes. Conclusion. The guidelines of «Maastricht V» consensus meeting provide significant improvement of treatment results in H.pylori-infected patients as well as decrease of the risk of associated diseases (first of all - the stomach cancer).</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Helicobacter pylori</kwd><kwd>диагностика</kwd><kwd>эрадикация</kwd><kwd>предупреждение рака желудка</kwd><kwd>микробиота желудка и кишечника</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Müller A.
