Цель исследования. Определить распространенность атрофического гастрита тела желудка у населения г. Красноярска старше 45 лет.Материал и методы. Для достижения поставленной цели определялось содержание пепсиногена-1, пепсиногена-2 и наличие антител к Helicobacter pylori в сыворотке крови при помощи тестсистемы «Гастропанель» («Биохит», Финляндия).Исследование проведено с участием 387 мужчин и414 женщин старше 45 лет (n=801), отобранных при помощи случайной выборки, и 29 родственников больных раком желудка.Результаты. Распространенность выраженного атрофического гастрита тела желудка, определявшегося по содержанию пепсиногена-1 и пепсиногена-2, а также соотношению пепсиноген-1/пепсиноген-2 ниже 3,0, составила 10,9% (у мужчин – 11,9%, у женщин – 9,9%). H. pylori выявлена у 90,0% человек. Фактором риска выраженного атрофического гастрита был возраст 55 лет и старше.Выводы. Серологическое определение пепсиногена-1, пепсиногена-2 и инфекции H. pylori служит эффективным методом выявления атрофического гастрита.

Aim of investigation

Aim of investigation. To determine prevalence of atrophic gastritis of body of the stomach at Krasnoyarsk population over 45 years old.

Material and methods

Material and methods. Level of pepsinogen-1, pepsinogen-2 and presence of anti-Helicobacter pylori antibodies in blood serum was determined by «Gastropanel» test-system («Biohit», Finland). Original study was carried out with involvement of 387 men and 414 women over 45 years of age (n=801), selected as a random sample, and 29 relatives of stomach cancer patients.

Results

Results. The prevalence of severe atrophic gastritis of the body of stomach, revealed by contents of pepsinogen-1 and pepsinogen-2, as well as pepsinogen-1/ pepsinogen-2 ratio under 3,0, was 10,9% (in males — 11,9%, in females — 9,9%). H. pylori infection was revealed in 90,0% of patients. Age of 55 years and older was a risk factor for severe atrophic gastritis.

Conclusions

Conclusions. Serological assessment of pepsinogen-1, pepsinogen-2 and H. pylori infection is effictove method of atrophic gastritis diagnostics.
