Цель обзора. Провести анализ публикаций, посвященных применению прокинетика домперидона (Д) при лечении различных гастроэнтерологических заболеваний.Основные положения. Данные литературы показывают, что антагонист допаминовых рецепторов Д является эффективным препаратом для лечения таких заболеваний, как функциональная диспепсия, диабетический и идиопатический гастропарез, гастроэзофагеальная рефлюксная болезнь (в составе комбинированной терапии), а также для устранения тошноты и рвоты, вызванных приемом цитотоксичных препаратов. Побочные эффекты при использовании Д обусловлены возможностью гиперпролактинемии, которая редко имеет клиническое значение.Заключение. Домперидон может с успехом применяться для лечения гастроэнтерологических заболеваний, сопровождающихся первичными или вторичными нарушениями моторики желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки.

The aim of review

The aim of review. To carry out analysis of the publications devoted to application of prokinetic drug domperidone (D) at various gastroenterological diseases.

Key points

Key points. Literature data demonstrate, that dopamine receptor antagonist D is effective drug for treatment of such diseases, as functional dyspepsia, diabetic and idiopathic gastroparesis, gastroesophageal reflux disease (within combined treatment modes), and for relief of nausea and vomiting, caused by cytotoxic agents as well. Side effects at application of D are determined by risk of hyperprolactinemia, which rarely clinically relevant.

Conclusion

Conclusion. Domperidone can be successfully applied for treatment of gastroenterological diseases accompanying primary or secondary disorders of stomach and duodenum motility.
