Оценка возможностей препарата «дульколакс» при подготовке к колоно­скопии.Материал и методы. У 50 пациентов многопрофильного стационара при подготовке к колоноскопии применяли препарат на основе макрогола (в объеме 2–2,5 л раствора) в сочетании с 20 мг бисакодила (дульколакса) внутрь. Пациенты группы сравнения получали полную дозу макрогола (4 л).Результаты. По качеству очистки кишки результаты подготовки в основной и контрольной группах оказались сопоставимыми. Вместе с тем пациенты основной группы реже испытывали неприятные ощущения и у них отсутствовали побочные явления, связанные с приемом основного слабительного.Заключение. Препарат дульколакс может использоваться в качестве дополнительного сред­ства в подготовке к колоноскопии с целью минимизации побочных явлений, связанных с данной процедурой, и оптимизации ее конечного результата.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim of investigation</title><p>Aim of investigation. Evaluation of potentials of «dulcolax» for preparation for colonoscopy.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. Preparation for colonoscopy at versatile hospital was applied by oral intake of macrogol-based preparation (2–2,5 l of solution) in combination to 20 mg of bisacodyl (dulcolax) in 50 patients. Patients of comparison group received a full dose of macrogol (4 l).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Preparation quality in clearing of intestine appeared to be comparable in the main and control groups. At the same time patients of a basic group less often had unpleasant symptoms and they had no adverse effects related to intake of main laxative.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
