Изучить липидный состав крови и желчи у больных сахарным диабетом (СД) 1-­го и 2-­го типа. Материал и методы. Обследованы 70 больных СД 1­го типа, 67 пациентов с СД 2­го типа, 44 человека в контрольной группе 1 и 43 - в контрольной группе 2. У всех пациентов проводили диагностику СД и холелитиаза, определяли содержание и соотношение липидов в крови и дуоденальной желчи биохимическими методами. Результаты. У пациентов с СД 2­го типа и холелитиазом уровень общего холестерина в сыворотке крови был на 25% выше, концентрация триглицеридов - на 80% выше, а индекс Томаса-Хофманна в порции B дуоденальной желчи - на 20% выше, чем у больных с желчнокаменной болезнью и СД 1­го типа. Выводы. СД 2­го типа сопровождается более выраженными проявлениями гиперлипидемии и увеличением насыщения желчи холестерином, чем СД 1­го типа, но СД 1­го типа также ассоциирован с нарушением липидного метаболизма и вероятностью образования желчных камней.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim of investigation. To study lipid composition of blood and bile at diabetes mellitus (DM) of the 1st and 2nd type. Material and methods. Overall 70 patients with the first type DM, 67 patients with the second type DM, 44 patients of the control group #1 and 43 patients of the control group #2 were investigated. All patients underwent diagnostics for the presence of DM and cholelithiasis, blood lipid levels and blood­to­duodenal bile ratio was assessed by biochemical methods. Results. Patients with type II DM and cholelithiasis had total cholesterol level in blood serum 25% higher, triglyceride level - 80% higher and Thomas­Hofmann index in duodenal bile portion B 20% higher, than patients was gallstone disease and type I DM.  Conclusions.
