Изучение особенностей клинической картины функциональной диспепсии (ФД) и эффективности применения ганатона (ито­прида гидрохлорида) в ее лечении.Материал и методы. Обследовано 509 больных ФД. До и после 4-­недельного курса ганатона (ито­прида гидрохлорида), назначавшегося в дозе 50 мг 3 раза в сутки, оценивалась выраженность клинических симптомов по 4­-балльной системе.Результаты. Отмечена высокая частота сочетания ФД с тошнотой, симптомами гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезни (изжога) и синдромом раздраженного кишечника (метеоризм, расстрой­ства дефекации). Применение ганатона способствовало исчезновению жалоб у 46,6% больных, значительному уменьшению их выраженности – у 47,8%.Выводы. Ганатон является эффективным препаратом в лечении ФД и сопутствующих функциональных расстройств желудочно­кишечного тракта.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim of investigation</title><p>Aim of investigation. Studying of clinical pattern of functional dyspepsia (FD) and efficacy of ganaton (itopride hydrochloride) in its treatment.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. Overall 509 patients with FD were investigated. Before and after 4-week course of ganaton (itopride hydrochloride) 50 mg tid, severity of clinical symptoms was estimated by 4-point system.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. High frequency of combination of FD to nausea, symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease (heartburn) and irritable bowel syndromes (meteorism, disorders of defecation) was marked. Application of ganaton promoted relief of complaints in 46,6% of patients, significant decrease of their severity – at 47,8%.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
