Установить эффективность применения пробиотика Аципол®, содержащего ацидофильные лактобациллы и инактивированные прогреванием кефирные грибки, для профилактики антибиотикоассоциированной диареи у взрослых.Материал и методы. В проспективное, рандомизированное, сравнительное открытое исследование включено 225 больных. Пациенты опытной группы (n=150) одновременно с антибиотиками принимали Аципол® по 1 капсуле 2 раза в день в течение 2 нед. Больным контрольной группы (n=75) пробиотик не назначали. При появлении диареи проводилось обследование для исключения ее инфекционной этиологии. После отмены антибиотиков пациенты в течение 4 нед сообщали о случаях диареи.Результаты. Встречаемость антибиотикоассоциированной диареи у лиц контрольной группы в проспективном исследовании составила 12%, в ретроспективном исследовании – 2%, т. е. в реальной практике не диагностированные случаи антибиотикоассоциированной диареи среди взрослых пациентов, находящихся на стационарном лечении, составляют в среднем 10%. Из числа пациентов опытной группы, получавших пробиотик, диарея отмечена только у 1 (0,7%) больного в легкой форме.Выводы. Профилактическое применение Аципола® у взрослых одновременно с антибиотиками снижает риск развития антибиотикоассоциированной диареи в среднем на 11,3%.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim of investigation</title><p>Aim of investigation. To evaluate efficacy of application of probiotic drug Acipol®, containing acidophilic lactobacilli and kefiric fungi inactivated by warmingup, in prophylaxis of antibiotic-associated diarrhea in adults.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Prospective, randomized, comparative open study included 225 patients. Patients of the main group (n=150) received Acipol® 1 capsule bid for 2 wks along with antibiotics. Patients of the control group (n=75) took no probiotic drug. At development of diarrhea investigation for ruling out of its contagious origin was carried out. After cessation of antibiotics patients reported cases of diarrhea for the following 4 wks.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Frequency of antibiotic-associated diarrhea at patients of the control group in prospective investigation was 12%, in retrospective study – 2%, i.e. in real practice non-diagnosed cases of antibiotic-associated diarrhea in adult patients at hospital stay, make on average 10%. Of patients of the main group receiving probiotic, mild diarrhea was diagnosed only in 1 patient (0,7%).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
