Цель. Представить практические рекомендации по ведению больных хроническим гепатитом В (ХГВ).Основные положения. Рекомендации по ведению больных ХГВ были разработаны Американской ассоциацией по изучению заболеваний печени с участием практикующих врачей и других специалистов здравоохранения, занимающихся данной проблемой.Представленные рекомендации базируются на последних достижениях мировой науки и практики в области диагностики, лечения и профилактики инфекции вирусом гепатита В (HBV). Они включают следующие разделы: обследование пациентов с хронической HBVинфекцией; профилактика HBVинфекции; ведение пациентов с хронической HBV-инфекцией и лечение больных хроническим гепатитом В.Заключение. Представленные рекомендации позволяют интернистам оптимально использовать в клинической практике достижения в лечении больных с хронической HBVинфекцией.
Aim. To present practical guidelines on management of patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB).
Original positions. Guidelines on support of patients ХГВ have been developed by the American association for the study of liver with involvement of general practitioners and other experts in public health services related to this problem. Presented guidelines base on the recent advances of the global science and practice in diagnostics, treatment and prevention of hepatitis B virus infection (HBV). They include the following sections: investigation of patients with chronic HBV-infection; prevention of HBVinfection; patient management with chronic HBV-infection and treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B.
Conclusion. Presented recommendations allow internists to use optimally achievements in the treatment of chronic HBV-infection.
