Провести анализ новой системы оценки клинических симптомов гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезни (ГЭРБ).Полученные данные. В обзоре дана характеристика новой системы оценки клинических симптомов ГЭРБ, получившей название шкалы ReQuest™, которая включает в себя 6 групп клинических симптомов. Проанализированы результаты тестирования этой шкалы в клинических исследованиях, а также возможности ее применения в комбинации с характеристикой эндоскопических изменений по Лос­-Анджелесской классификации.Заключение. Проведенный анализ свидетельствует о том, что новая система оценки клинических симптомов ГЭРБ ReQuest™ дает возможность более детально охарактеризовать клинические проявления болезни и более точно оценить эффективность проводимого лечения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>The aim of review</title><p>The aim of review. To carry out analysis of new system of evaluation of clinical signs of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).</p></sec><sec><title>Original data</title><p>Original data. Review presents the characteristic of new system of evaluation of clinical signs of GERD, named ReQuest™ scale which includes 6 groups of clinical signs. Results of testing by this scale in clinical studies, and potentials of its application in combination to Los Angeles endoscopical classification were analysed.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
