Прукалоприд в лечении хронических запоров функциональной природы
Аннотация
Цель обзора. Провести анализ публикаций, посвященных результатам применения нового прокинетика из группы агонистов 5-НТ4-рецепторов прукалоприда в лечении больных с хроническими запорами функциональной природы.
Основные положения. Являясь агонистом
5-НТ4-рецепторов, прукалоприд стимулирует моторику толстой кишки и способствует учащению актов дефекации. Многочисленные исследования подтвердили, что на фоне приема прукалоприда в дозе 2 или 4 мг в течение 4–12 нед у больных с хроническими запорами возрастает частота стула и улучшается качество жизни. Важно, что препарат лишен кардиотоксического эффекта и не увеличивает продолжительность интервала Q–T.
Заключение. Прукалоприд может быть рекомендован для лечения хронических запоров функциональной природы, в первую очередь у женщин, резистентных к действию слабительных средств.
