Современные возможности применения прокинетиков в лечении гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезни
Аннотация
Цель обзора. Оценить современные возможности и перспективы применения прокинетиков в лечении гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезни (ГЭРБ).
Основные положения. В настоящее время основными препаратами, используемыми в лечении ГЭРБ, являются ингибиторы протонной помпы (ИПП). Вместе с тем в последние годы участились случаи неэффективности их применения, что может быть обусловлено сохраняющимися «ночными кислотными прорывами», а также некислотными рефлюксами. Поскольку ГЭРБ относится к заболеваниям с первичным нарушением моторики пищевода и желудка, в ее лечении могут применяться прокинетики (домперидон, итоприда гидрохлорид)
Заключение. В случаях резистентности ГЭРБ к ИПП к лечению могут быть добавлены прокинетики (итоприда гидрохлорид, домперидон).
