Непереносимость углеводов

Аннотация

Цель обзора. Изложить современные представления об этиологии и патогенезе пищевой непереносимости, проанализировать современные стратегии диагностики и лечения непереносимости углеводов. Основные положения. У пациентов, у которых наблюдаются абдоминальная боль, диарея, вздутие живота, при отсутствии органических заболеваний необходимо исключить непереносимость компонентов продуктов питания, в первую очередь углеводов. В случае подтверждения пищевой непереносимости высокоэффективными методами лечения являются коррекция рациона с исключением непереносимых продуктов питания, добавление в схему терапии соответствующих ферментных препаратов. Заключение. Непереносимость углеводов нередко является причиной возникновения абдоминальной боли, вздутия живота, диареи у практически здоровых людей и больных с функциональными заболеваниями желудочно-кишечного тракта. Своевременное выявление непереносимого компонента пищи и исключение его из рациона позволяют значительно уменьшить выраженность имеющихся симптомов.
