Тактика ведения пациентов с предраковыми изменениями в желудке
Аннотация
Цель обзора. Проанализировать современные аспекты тактики ведения пациентов с предраковыми изменениями в желудке.
Основные положения. Для квалифицированной диагностики атрофии, метаплазии и дисплазии в желудке необходимо применение современных эндоскопических методов и морфологических исследований в соответствии с требованиями системы OLGA или OLGIM. Выявление инфекции Helicobacter pylori и ее эрадикация являются важными принципами ведения больных с предраковыми изменениями в желудке.
Заключение. Указаны методы наблюдения за пациентами с дисплазией в желудке. Описаны схемы эрадикации H. pylori.
