Заболевания кишечника и запоры в практике акушера-гинеколога
Аннотация
Цель обзора. Представить современные данные об особенностях этиологии, патогенеза и лечения запоров у женщин в различные периоды жизни и при наличии сочетанной гинекологической патологии.
Основные положения. Распространенность функционального запора у женщин почти в 2 раза выше, чем у мужчин. Предрасположенность женщин к запорам определяется анатомическими, физиологическими и гормональными факторами. В практике акушера-гинеколога запоры ассоциированы с беременностью и послеродовым периодом, воспалительной и невоспалительной гинекологической патологией. В обзоре представлены современные подходы к ведению таких пациенток с позиции гинеколога.
Заключение. Нарушения функции кишечника у женщин являются междисциплинарной проблемой. У пациенток с наличием запоров для выявления этиологии расстройства функции кишечника и оптимизации дальнейшей тактики ведения на этапе сбора анамнеза следует уделять внимание не только гастроэнтерологическим симптомам, но и возможной связи с менструальным циклом, репродуктивным статусом и гинекологической патологией. Запоры при гинекологических заболеваниях требуют лечения, поскольку нарушение функции кишечника в большинстве случаев осложняет течение заболевания и снижает эффективность терапии.
