Современные подходы к лечению функциональной диспепсии
Аннотация
Цель обзора. Отразить современные подходы к лечению больных функциональной диспепсией (ФД).
Основные положения. Лечение пациентов с ФД должно быть комплексным и включать в себя общие мероприятия, применение лекарственных препаратов и психотерапевтических методов. При выборе конкретного препарата необходимо руководствоваться клиническим вариантом болезни. При болевом (язвенноподобном варианте) предпочтение отдается антисекреторным препаратам (в первую очередь, ингибиторам протонной помпы), при постпрандиальном дистресс-синдроме (дискинетическом варианте) – прокинетикам. В резистентных случаях показаны психотропные препараты и психотерапевтические методы.
Заключение. В настоящее время необходимо продолжение исследований патогенеза ФД, что позволит сделать лечение более дифференцированным и улучшить его результаты.
