Особенности клиники, диагностики и лечения идиопатического гастропареза (Обзор литературы и описание собственного наблюдения)
Аннотация
Цель обзора. Провести анализ работ, посвященных проблеме идиопатического гастропареза (ИГ) и представить собственное наблюдение больной с данным заболеванием.
Основные положения. ИГ является частым проявлением нарушенной эвакуаторной функции желудка. Одной из основных причин его возникновения служат психоэмоциональные факторы. В диагностике гастропараза важную роль играют ультразвуковой и рентгенологический методы исследования, сцинтиграфия, дыхательный тест с 13С-октановой кислотой. Основное место в лечении ИГ отводится прокинетикам (в частности, домперидону).
Заключение. ИГ достаточно часто встречается в практике врача-гастроэнтеролога. Лечение таких больных во многих случаях должно проводиться с участием психиатра.
