Инфекция Helicobacter pylori и рак желудка: современное состояние проблемы

Аннотация

Цель обзораПровести анализ публикаций, посвященных проблеме взаимосвязи инфекции Helicobacter pylori и рака желудка (РЖ).
Основные положения. Имеющиеся данные убедительно подтверждают, что инфекция Н. pylori повышает риск развития РЖ, однако в тесном взаимодействии с факторами макроорганизма – генетическими, особенностями питания и др. Эрадикация Н. pylori приводит к уменьшению выраженности атрофического гастрита, но не влияет на процессы кишечной метаплазии. В настоящее время ее проведение показано пациентам с высоким риском развития РЖ (с атрофическим гастритом, после резекций по поводу раннего РЖ, родственникам больных РЖ первой степени родства).
Заключение. Патофизиологические и клинические аспекты взаимоотношений между инфекцией Н. pylori и РЖ требуют дальнейших исследований.
