Динамическое определение количественного содержания HBsAg в крови в сопоставлении с уровнем вирусной нагрузки у пациентов с хронической HBV-моноинфекцией
Аннотация
Цель исследования. Анализ количественного содержания HBsAg в крови в зависимости от уровня виремии HBV у пациентов с различными вариантами естественного течения хронической HBV-инфекции при динамическом обследовании в течение 1,5–2 лет.
Материал и методы. В исследование включено
135 пациентов с хронической HBV-моноинфекцией, у которых в динамике проводилось определение уровня виремии HBV методом полимеразной цепной реакции и количественное определение HBsAg в крови методом хемилюминесценции.
Результаты. Концентрация HBsAg в крови значимо различается между НВе-позитивной и НВе-негативной фазами хронической HBV-инфекции. При анализе колебаний серологического уровня HBsAg у больных НВе-негативным хроническим гепатитом В при динамическом наблюдении в течение 1,5–2 лет не выявлено связи концентрации HBsAg с уровнем виремии HBV. Полученные данные о низкой концентрации HBsAg у части неактивных носителей HBV позволяют рассматривать определение количественного содержания HBsAg в качестве теста, дающего дополнительный критерий диагноза «неактивное носительство вируса гепатита В».
